Two new exciting restaurants are set to open in the
Kingdom of Bahrain.
Both establishments will be managed by Bayader, the
retail leisure division of the BMMI Group of
companies. These two ventures are set to take Bahrain

Below you will find the criteria for the ideal
candidates for each position.
Restaurant Manager
A minimum of two years’ experience in a fine dining
restaurant or five-star hotel, in a similar position
or that of an assistant restaurant manager. Must have
up-to-date knowledge regarding food and beverages.
Fluency in English is a must.
Assistant Restaurant Manager
A minimum of two years of experience in a casual/fine
dining restaurant or a five-star hotel. The ideal
candidate will be knowledgeable regarding restaurant
foods and beverages. Fluency in English is a must.
Head Chef
Must have excellent food plating skills, proven by a
photo portfolio of plated food.
A minimum of four years of experience in a busy
restaurant that produces high quality food, as a sous
chef or above. Fluency in English and good computer
skills are essential.
Sous Chef
A minimum of two years of experience in casual/fine
dining restaurants. Fluency in English and basic
computer skills are essential.
Line & Prep Chef
A minimum of two years’ experience in casual/fine
dining restaurants or five-star hotel.
DJ
We are looking for a DJ with extensive music knowledge
and previous experience working in lounges or clubs.
Hostesses
Fluent in English and have a friendly approachable
personality. Successful candidates must have excellent
communication skills.
Mixologist
A minimum of two years of work experience preparing
classic drinks and mixing cocktails in busy
establishments. Must be experienced with stock taking
and purchasing.
Servers
A minimum of one year of experience in casual/fine
dining restaurants or five-star hotels. Fluent in
English and have an approachable and friendly
personality, with excellent communication skills.
Runners
Must have basic English language skills and must have
an approachable and friendly personality. No previous
experience is required.
